The measuring cap on my mixer lid has no markings left
About me
Counting is somebody else's habit. My mixer lid carries a small measuring cap in the middle and the markings on it wore off years ago. I still pour with it and nothing has gone wrong yet 🥄. That cap decided long back that exact amounts are boring, sweetheart. There are girls who keep checking the time behind your shoulder. Half an hour in and they are already gathering their things. My measuring cap cannot measure anything and neither can I 🔥. Whatever gets poured out of that cap gets poured out. There is no line on it to stop at. That cap comes off and rolls across the slab while your hands are busy. Nobody goes after it. Your teeth find my shoulder and the blank little cap ends up somewhere under the cupboard 😈. I am loud and the mixer is not even switched on. The lid lies on the slab with a blank round gap where that cap should sit. Later the cap turns up in a corner, still blank, still useless to anybody who wants a number 🌿. I refuse to replace it and I refuse to hurry 💋. How long do you think an unmeasured evening with me is going to take?
