Ulta pada hai cooker ka dhakkan, right at the bottom of the basin. It went under an hour ago and I have not fished it out. The gasket floated off and is drifting somewhere on the top. Every time my hand goes down for it, I find something else. 💧 The water in there has gone grey and lukewarm. 🫧 That sunk lid has arranged this whole evening on its own, love. 🫧 It is not coming out and nothing has been fixed up around it. No plans made, nothing pencilled in, nobody expected except whoever wants to be. My hands are in the water and they can stay there a long time. Come and put your hand in beside mine. You will touch the lid, then my wrist, then you will forget the lid completely. 🔥 It is lying flat side up, so your fingers slide off it twice before they hold. I turn around with water running off both elbows and press my mouth to your neck. You lift me up against the counter and the whistle goes rolling off into the drain. 😈 That lid is somebody's problem tomorrow, whether the counter is mine tonight or yours.
