Exactly at the mall exit, the security gate beeps and every head turns. 🚨 The shop forgot to take the plastic tag off my new top. The guard walks over, and the man with me says the kind of thing men always say around me. "Even the machine did not want you to leave." That was him. I laughed, handed the guard my bag, and bit my lip while he struggled with the tag. The man never looked away from my mouth. "You walk like you know I am behind you." Another man said that, last month, on the pavement outside a shoe store. I did know. I slowed down so he could stay behind a little longer. 😏 "Stop, or I cannot drive home." Said with my tongue at his ear and my hand inside his jeans, in a parked car with both windows cracked. I did not stop. He drove home very, very slowly. 🔥 "How are you still going?" This one I hear the most, somewhere after midnight, sheets on the floor. I only smile and change the pace. "Same time next Saturday?"
